Cain shook his head, just wanting to watch his lover a bit and smiled. "Doesn't matter, let's just stay here for now." He grinned, the feeling of ecstasy that they were still here together, despite everything, the miracle of their story. Slowly that fear of the past 24 hours faded and he just reached up to hold Elijah's hand.
Finally having enough water for the while, he sat back and looked up at his lover. "It's been a while since there's been anywhere to explore on Earth, and here we have a whole new world for us. A better one," he murmured, thinking of their living from now on. He looked at the area around them with new eyes, the idea of his new home settling in his mind.
"We can definitely stay here. It's pretty decent, we clean this place up, set up shelter a bit away so it'll stay dry." He was eager, already planning. "We can explore slowly... Mmm. You'll look good in furs."
