[Things were a little different this time around. Max had given up his piercing appointment and this time was the one he'd set for his new tattoo. He'd chosen to get a dream catcher on his upper arm. Taking time that morning, Max moved around quietly making sure not to wake Jason until the last possible minute. Knowing he'd been extra tired. He felt bad, but he really missed spending time with the one he loved so fucking much.

He gently roused his lover, and nuzzled against him.] Hey love, it's time to get up so we can go to the tattoo parlor if you're still up for it.

[Leaning into Jason, Max began to kiss him along his neck and over his shoulders, taking his time to rouse him with little romantic gestures that he'd practiced over time. ]

[ there aren't a whole lot of teenager vigilantes in Gotham, it's not a terribly hard thing to deduce. Jason's kinda glad Max hasn't gone poking around though. He knows Max doesn't always understand, but Jason wants to keep things separate. It's important to him.

it's so incredibly important cause then he gets times like this, separate from that world, where he can just curl up in Max's arms and everything feels good and safe. ]

[As the time goes by, Max hopes that he's gotten better at understanding. He doesn't like the nights when Jason doesn't come back to their place. It's so much harder to sleep, but he's doing his best. All he really wants if for the young male to be the happiest he can, because that's what love is to him. That's agape. Their love.

This is also important, and for this Max would take on the world. It's for this that Max uprooted his whole world and for this that Max has done the few things that he's done to make today extra special and he hopes that Jason appreciates the small surprises in store.

Lifting up his jaw, he offers himself over to those lips that drive him insane, sighing with unfettered pleasure. ]

We need more of these mornings. Maybe in the future. I'm excited for today too. Maybe you can get my name tattooed on your ass..

[Reaching down, Max slides his fingers along Jason's naked ass, gripping it playfully with a little laugh. He tries not to break out laughing, but the thought is far too amusing to not laugh.]

[ Jason continues kissing down Max's neck, then curls back against him, around him, settling his head there against Max's chest. he doesn't feel exhausted or disconnected anymore. it's nice.

Max's words make Jason laugh too, especially when he grabs at his ass.]

[with his neck tilted up he can't help but laugh at Jason, tipping his head back down to wrap his whole body around the other man when he curls in. It's warm and cozy and Max wishes they'd have taken a day to just do this. He loves the other with such an intensity that it's hard to register ever not being with him.

Nibbling at his ear, he smiles there.]

[ Max doesn't have to worry much about that... Jason will stay curled around him wherever they go. he's a little clinger, if Max hasn't already noticed. but really, Max does it right back, and it always makes Jason smile. ]

[Never in a million years would Max have ever figured out that he's got his own spider monkey in Jason-- except from the moment they came together they had trouble letting go of one another. Max has always had to have possession of Jason in one form or another. He's gotten better about how violent he was in bed, given that his young lover seems to find his way into enough trouble, but he still seeks to be as close to Jason as possible as often as possible.

It's still physically painful at times when they are apart for too long. Mornings like this make up for it all.]

That might be something we could talk about.

[the words are muttered against full lips as his own part to take those of the one he loves without question or concert. It's harder now to let go once they're kissing slow and full like this. Max takes his time pulling out all his emotions, and everything that's been bound up for a while and lets it out into this kiss, sliding his hands up and down jason's back as he does. He lets go on a sigh.]
