[Things were a little different this time around. Max had given up his piercing appointment and this time was the one he'd set for his new tattoo. He'd chosen to get a dream catcher on his upper arm. Taking time that morning, Max moved around quietly making sure not to wake Jason until the last possible minute. Knowing he'd been extra tired. He felt bad, but he really missed spending time with the one he loved so fucking much.

He gently roused his lover, and nuzzled against him.] Hey love, it's time to get up so we can go to the tattoo parlor if you're still up for it.

[Leaning into Jason, Max began to kiss him along his neck and over his shoulders, taking his time to rouse him with little romantic gestures that he'd practiced over time. ]

[ Jason sleeps soundly for the first time in a few days. of course he should've known that it would be in Max's arms like this, but sometimes it's hard, ripping himself away from the manor, from Bruce, from Batman and Robin. he has two separate lives now that he's trying to combine. it isn't easy.

What's easy is waking up like this, though. even before he opens his eyes he smiles, cause Max is here, kissing along his skin, and that's the most perfect way to wake up that he can even imagine. ]

Mmmm... okay. Just five more minutes with you kissing me like this, though....
