Hold me like you'll never let me go

Cain threw the vampire against the wall, a low growl rumbling from the depths of his throat as he took matters into his own hands. He knew the immortal creature could break free if he so wished, hell Elijah could snap every bone in Cain's body instead of letting himself be thrown around, but the ageless human didn't think he would. In fact, he would bet his immortality on it that the vampire would not raise a ha against him.
Even though he hadn't seen him for a year.
"Where were you?" He demanded, still growling as he slammed Elijah against the vertical brick surface again, his fists crumpling the immaculate lapels of the vampire's suit jacket where he had yet to let go of the other man.
"I have not seen you for a year, a full year!"
He thought the vampire had given up on him. Left without a word. And Cain thought he didn't care either, that his heart had frozen over from caring thousands of years ago, but somehow this impossible vampire managed to reawaken more than a spark. What he thought were mere fireworks in the dark had completely ignited his desires and passions, and made Cain yearn as the empty months passed by.
Then how dare Elijah just appear again, looking as if nothing had happened and it wasn't a year later after he had disappeared without a word of good bye.
Not that he was giving Elijah a chance to explain now as he meshed his lips hard against the vampire's lips and forced him into a kiss whether he was going to accept it or not.

Maybe. Maybe Elijah would be the key to unlocking Cain's heart. He didn't know. He could hope, and they could try. What more did the vampire have to live for currently. So much had gone wrong. He sighed at Cain's touch, his body automatically shivering where Cain ran his finger in a concentric circle around the small nipple at the center of his light brown areola.
Opening his mouth back up to Cain, Elijah's tongue played slow and careful against Cain's, languidly stroking it back and forth as he sought to taste and savor every bit of flavor the other man had, like he'd never get to taste him again. Elijah caught the hint of begging and heeded it's call, answering one desperation with another. He ran his pale hands back around Cain's neck and into the short hairs at the base of his neck before they parted.
"I will help, as much as I can. I will give you myself in every manner speaking, and do what i promised to do previously. I will take everything you can offer me, and offer you everything in return. I give you my word this time. "

"That's good," Cain murmured, relaxing when the vampire, the honorable one who didn't break his word, finally gave it. It wasn't that he didn't understand why Elijah had ran when the vampire laid it out so clearly, but Cain was selfish for wanting him to stay. So to hear Elijah was willing to bind himself with his word was reassuring even if it was unfair to the younger immortal.
"That's good," he repeated, gently moving forward to nip at Elijah's lips, doing so leisurely now that the desperation was assuaged and he didn't need to fear that this was ending with him being kicked out. "Thank you... It means a lot to me." He kissed Elijah again, pouring his gratefulness into their joining this time and letting him feel the vast degree of relief that his words brought to the immortal man. It was as if a new world opened up and Cain was now a ready explorer to venture into it with Elijah.

It would be the end of him, the vampire was almost certain but he could do nothing more and nothing less. There was a choked sob that sat in the back of his throat as they kissed. Elijah poured out every ounce of himself into their exchange, sliding his tongue over and along Cain's, licking into the older male's mouth, biting and pulling at lips until he could taste the sweet bitter tang of blood. It didn't matter if it was his or Cain's, it was theirs and it mingled into this new bond, sealing them together in this new promise.
Fingers climbed up Cain's back and swirled around the knots of his thoracic spine, and downward until they were digging into the cleft of Cain's ass, gripping tightly as Elijah pulled them close together again. This time he wanted Cain. It didn't matter who took the other. All the Original knew was that he needed to be one, fully and completely. He wanted to taste and touch and be wholly and fully together in every way possible. This was far too important for something simple. This was a covenant drawn between them, and if they were to walk the pieces, then they were to do it with blood, come, and flesh or they wouldn't do it at all.
